NHMC is actively searching for a Manager of Business Analysis and Reporting in the Wichita, KS corporate office. This role will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the portfolio of hotels under company management.
Essential Job Functions
- Essential Functions are not all inclusive; other duties may be assigned.
- Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements for large hotel portfolio to owners, senior management, regional leaders and general managers
- Analyze drivers of hotel operating results and recommend actions to improve.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop, implement, and monitor improvement initiatives across the portfolio
- Run budgeting and forecasting processes for hotel portfolio
- Recommend and drive operations projects to improve efficiency and profitability of hotels.
- Optimize daily/weekly/monthly operations reporting to inform/enable property and operations management.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, scenario analysis, multi-year modeling to support business requirements.
Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- 5-10+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proven ability to manage complex spreadsheets and large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present financial results to senior management and ownership
- Experience in developing and maintaining business models and reporting tools.
- Finance or related degree
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel, and preferably Visual Basic for Applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
