General Manager Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager has overall responsibility for the successful operation of the hotel and for meeting or exceeding its financial objectives. This position is responsible for attaining projected revenues and profit levels and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.  This champion will provide overall direction and guidance to their team while managing the day-to-day leadership and management  in conjunction with the General Manager in assigned areas.

 Assistant General Manager Qualifications

  • We looking for an individual who already possesses 3 years of  Assistant General Manager experience in a full service property or General Manager in a boutique hotel. 
  • Overall responsibility for all Guest Service Departments including the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Valet Services.
  • Ideal opportunity for an individual looking to advance to a General Manager position within 2 - 3 years with Ascent Hospitality.
