Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will be responsible in supporting all aspects of the operation including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, generation of sales and revenue while delivering a return on investment. The Assistant General Manager will assist in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies.
The Assistant General Manager will hold a passion for hospitality and guest service bringing self-confidence, energy and dedication to the hotel daily. A natural coach and mentor, our successful candidate will verify all brand standards are maintained while motivating team members to exceed guest expectations.
The successful candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales finance or related professional environment. Prior experience in a Marriott property is considered an asset.
