Hospitality companies are continuing to try to create some positivity while lifting their communities and employees through different initiatives, some highlighted below.

The Swissotel Chicago is showing appreciation for their employees with the #HospitalityHero initiative on their LinkedIn channel. They pick a member of their team that has gotten some great customer praises or that another team member has nominated and highlights them for all of their hard work and dedication.
Hilton is also participating in the Hospitality Heroes, by highlighting 57 of their team members who have gone above and beyond to help their communities and others around them during this hard time. You can read each of their individual stories here.
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess has also taken the time to recognize some of their staff members by awarding them with the Heartist of the Month for August, September and October.
InterContinental Hotel Group
IHG has created a Giving for Good award that allows IHG team members to nominate their colleagues to be recognized for their volunteering efforts despite the tough year we have all been facing. Read more about the award and see the winner announcement on their LinkedIn channel.
